[solidcore] is hiring a Training Manager! Reporting directly to the Director of Training & Development, this candidate must be based in, or able to relocate to, Los Angeles, CA. TMs are exceptional leaders responsible for the facilitation of coach training cycles & the development of existing talent on a regional level. With expertise in the [solidcore] product, they ensure consistency across [solidcore]'s 80+ studios by conducting routine assessments, tracking KPIs, & identifying regional trends. TMs assist in the development/execution of continuing education company-wide. Training Managers ultimately set the standard of excellence & are the primary driver in creating & cultivating on-brand employees.This role requires flexible availability, including weekday evenings & majority weekends. One year of [solidcore] coaching experience is preferred. [solidcore] is a national boutique fitness company with 70+ studios across the country.
