We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to design and oversee our company’s hiring. This role is meant for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and go-getter. We are looking for a high-energy individual who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team.
Leadership is a must-have for this role as you will be managing and guiding a team here. We expect you to be a knowledge source as well as a mentor. You will work closely with our recruiters to manage to source, interviewing, and employment processes.
Within the organization, you will be reporting directly to the HR Head and Directors, therefore we expect the highest level of professionalism possible. We have a weekly reporting meeting, which you will be leading.
As a recruitment Head, you should be able to empathize with the hiring process as well as deliver on key metrics that have been given to you by the Directors.
Ultimately, you will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs.
In charge of end-to-end hiring, Lead all sourcing strategies Pan India
Reviewing strategies with the managers on regular basis in terms of hiring and business projections.
Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements
Establish a scalable network and strong selection process ensuring the right talent is getting into the organization
Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors as required to ensure hiring needs are met
Measure key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire
Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses
Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements and skills
MBA/BBA or relevant degree in Business administration or related field
Must have fluency in English (written and verbal)
Proven experience of 3+ years minimum in recruitment function
Experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant
Should be an energetic & out of the box thinker.
