Responsibilities :

- Prepare daily MIS twice a day and share with the client, with accurate descriptions

- Use of internal technology to meet the desired goal

- Coordination with internal team to meet 98% SLA

- Prepare monthly service reports and share with clients in PPT

- Working on all aspects of the supply chain : 3PL, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, etc.
