Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- To ensure the development and designs of ranges for the brand. Analysing trends in fabrics and colours Develop and institutionalize design processes to ensure the integration of designing with buying.

- Ensure quality of products is maintained at predetermined standards, overseeing production.
- Responsible for setting design and merchandise strategy for the brand for the Company based on tracking of changing consumer tastes
- Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and launching brand in kids garment product categories
- Effectively manage the team of designers and motivate them to improve their performance
