Retail Planner
- Determine high-level financial goals including pre-season financial plans, in-season projections, open-to-buy management and new store budgets.
- Develop the retail merchandise fiscal financial budget goals and procedures working closely with buying and front-end team.
- Ensuring top and bottom line achievement through Merchandise Financial Planning (sales, margin, inventory and turn).
- Responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of the order approval and open to buy (OTB) process relating to sales and inventory for retail merchandise categories.
- Space rationalization of the brands on basis of productivity (GMROF) to maximize GMROF of department.
- Identify trends, potential growth opportunities and areas of concern; develop and monitor action plans for the merchandising departments.
- Prepare Buying Plan/OTB based on sales plan for year/quarter/Month, ASP analysis etc..
- Market analysis based on competition and its application in the Buying Process, Product base and Pricing of the merchandise. Planning and execution of all Promotional activities
