Job Title : Telesales Executive
- Generating revenue for the team through cold calling and by closing sales deals either over the phone or face to face.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximizing the revenue while up-selling.
- Driving towards customer delight and ensuring smooth rendering of services.
- Acting like a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services and solutions.
- Maximizing weekly revenues by achieving daily targets
Required Candidate profile :
- Any Graduation/Post Graduation.
- Good Communication In English, Kannada.
- Candidates Should Have Interest In Sales.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience in client handling and product selling.
- The candidate should preferably have knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call.
- The candidate should possess prior knowledge about customer retention/up-selling.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
