This is an individual contributor sales role.
Quickly develop situational understanding and fluency on Zensar’ s offerings
Prospect, sell and close business into Large Enterprise accounts in assigned region
Ability to manage the sales process with tight control over each stage, working alongside your manager
Be a strong sales hunter, maintain and foster longstanding client relationships
Effectively map Zensar’s solutions to meet prospects needs
Develop and follow account plans for key strategic accounts, drive revenue growth and account profitability.
Manage pipeline and KPI to ensure seller is well positioned for consistent and long-term success Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional and cultural groups, and build strategic relationships with client and partner teams to further penetrate existing and prospective clients
Ability to interact at various levels throughout the customer organization
Proven experience of achieving quarterly and annual sales targets and career progression
Day to day activities: client prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, initial sales connect, ability to work with remote solution and pre-sales teams
Previous experience in direct sales/account management in IT technology or managed service industry
Ideally with a proven track record selling IT security products, solutions, services or managed security services across the IT security organization using consultative methods.
Strong technical acumen (information security and technology, technology services, networking)
Hunter with experience in the enterprise and global space managing and negotiating large complex solutions and contracts.
Must excel at finding and closing new opportunities in a highly competitive market and thrive on pursuing net new opportunities.
Must be resilient and excel in a fast-paced, high energy, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience with technology, software, business solutions, consulting is helpful, but not required
