In this role, you will own key initiatives on our upcoming roadmap pertaining to our Tooling for Support and Operations across all Zenefits products. You will be responsible for product strategy, planning and execution throughout the full product lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to researching, gathering, and prioritizing requirements, defining the product vision, goals and success metrics. You will work closely with other members of the product management team, engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, business development and our external partners to ensure the proper solution is delivered for the right opportunity while goals are met.

This position will be based in our newly built out Bangalore office. At the moment, all of our employees are working remotely due to the pandemic. At the time it is safe to do so, we expect that all of our employees will return to work in our Bangalore office, and we're excited to bring our collaboration back to an in-person setting.
