Sourcing Manager - Real Estate
Job Description:
- Promote the sales & marketing of a unique hospitality/real estate sale & lease back mixed use product known as ResiTel
- Generate inquiries & provide prospective clients details of the projects. Share materials & brochures on email and coordinate for meetings and/or site visits
- Proactively engage with channel partners, real estate brokers, chartered accountants and bankers to inform them about the projects and solicit business through their clients
- Actively identify and execute ground level activities in clubs, societies, events and other such forums in order to generate leads and inquiries
- Visit clients' homes and offices in order to give presentations
- Handle communication with prospective clients proficiently and maturely. Understand how to channel the discussions in order to generate the client's interest and maximize sales
- Maintain tracker of all leads & inquiries in an organized manner
- Facilitate customer visits at the project site, hold negotiations and deal closures in coordination with other senior team members
Key Skills Required :
- Prior 5 years+ on the field work experience with other real estate developers, wealth management firms, banks or insurance companies is a must
- Ability to think quickly on one's feet, understand the intent and mindset of the customer
- Good networks, connections with the real estate sales community, real estate brokers and other channel partners
- Self driven, proactive, hard work and result oriented
- Fixed CTC and variable pay depending on experience
