Full Job Description
Network Analyst being a member of L1 NOC Team will be responsible to identify and analyze potential service disruptions and security breaches in a modern and innovative network infrastructure using log files, performance tests, monitoring systems and ticket systems, and resolve them in close cooperation with other departments as well as cloud and service providers. Also, responsible for operating the Zeiss Cloud Proxy, VPN, CDN and WAF systems, detect abnormal behavior, analyze for potential threats, and respond to them in a timely manner.
1-3 years of experience/knowledge in the area of Incident handling, alert tracking, change management.
Good understanding of network protocols, ports, and common services such as network and application layer protocols.
Understanding of mainstream operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), and commonly used web browsers (Edge, IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
Good knowledge in incident analysis, evidence collection, documentation, communications, reporting and response.
Experience in managing Proxy or Firewall. Basic Knowledge in Proxy, VPN, WAF and CDN solutions and network routing and switching.
First experience in troubleshooting webpages (IE dev tools)
Possess good communication and documentation skills (fluent English in written and verbal form).
Support rotational 24x7 operational shifts
