Sales Manager-Real Estate
Experience: 1-5 Years
Location: Thane (Mumbai)
- Must have Experience in Real Estate Market.
- Should have experience in Sales.
- Real Estate experience is preferred, either with a developer, ICP, IPC or Ecommerce firm
- Conduct regular virtual CP meetings with purpose of engagement, enhancing app usage & generate brokerage revenue.
- Time to Time review of CPs performance, qualitative & quantitative aspects and add process improvements plans
- Handle CP queries regarding app usage and features (be the one point of contact for him)
- Guide and navigate CPs in exploring App features
- Assist CPs in scheduling their customer's site visits through the app
- Interact with Developer's sales team/SPOC for site visit & booking confirmation
- Inform the brokers about new app features & updates and encourage them to use it
- Track broker's performance (site visits, app usage, bookings and various such parameters)
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets (site visits & closures through assigned brokers)
- Keep abreast with upcoming projects, price movements and market dynamics
- Time to time have meetings with his/her assigned CPs at their offices or sites.
