Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Partner will be an Individual contributor who will have the responsibility for effective people management of the aligned business area spanning ~ 200 - 300 employees across functions and spread across geographies.
• S/he will engage with business leaders to enable and impact business success.
• The role will ideate, conceptualize and implement various HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, succession planning, and policy review.
