Join ReconLogic, division of Xcite Automotive. At ReconLogic we are streamlining the reconditioning and merchandising process for the auto industry across the country.

Vehicle Detailer Shift Manager position will be responsible for overseeing our local vehicle detail department, including its operations and customer support.

Responsibilities & Duties

-All standards are met for professionalism, team appearance, vehicle operations, work ethic, customer service, and safety and cleanliness are upheld at all times

-Develop and maintain relationships with customers and employees

-Verify team members maintain proper daily and weekly communications with dealership management teams

-Review and approve all team member schedules, time-off and assist with managing open job positions

-Approve supply orders and product usage

-Conduct regular meetings with team members to set and review goals and expectations

-Ensure all teams are effective and operating effectively.

-Ensure proper rollout of new policies, practices, and procedures

-Other duties assigned by Management are not limited to the above

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing operations or equivalent in high-volume automotive vehicle processing. Prior experience with fleet companies or other reconditioning centers is preferred.

-Leadership experience managing diverse teams of 25+ people, 5+ years of experience

-Experience in building and managing high-performance teams

-Strong drive for continuous improvement

-Comfortable with managing complex processes

-Hands-on mentality, someone who is not afraid to jump in at any stage of a process when needed

Qualifications:

-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

-Previous management experience required

-Automotive service experience required

-Excellent communication and time management skills

-Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check

-Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment

-Positive attitude
