Our wheel repair technician will be responsible for repairing and refinishing wheels. You'll prep, paint and use our wheel repair machine when needed.If you are interested in this position but don't have experience, please apply and mention you are interested in our apprentice program. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation/sick and holidaysPay increases with production and large bonus/commission opportunities!Responsibilities:- Inspecting and cleaning wheels- Prepping and buffing defects- Fix cosmetic damages (curb damage, road rash, scrapes, gouges, and oxidation)- Mixing colors and finishes and painting surfacesRequirements:- Physically be able to remove wheels to repair and place them back on the vehicle- Safely operate hand and power tools- Attention to detail- Able to bend, stand and squat for extended periods of time- Ability to work independently and self-motivatedReconLogic is a division of Xcite Automotive.
