Xcite Automotive is seeking a District Manager who is experienced in account management and has exceptional organizational skills. Be able to manage a market, a team who provides photo and lot services and maintain dealership customer relationships. Position responsibilities: Build customer relationships and retention through weekly customer visits Manage and follow-up on customer questions, issues and sales opportunities Manage and coach multiple Team Leads in marketCreate system and processes for Team Lead to enable them to be successfulEnsure appropriate staffing to complete customer visits daily and maximize efficiency Oversee scheduling and plan for new dealer launchesOversee and manage staff hours, expenses and production Travel to visit remote customers as needed, overnight travel required multiple times a month. Identify opportunities for growth with current customer and potential customersAnalyze and facilitate staffing needs for new customers and existing businessManage yearly budget set for regionSummarize and communicate transactional and financial information effectively to leadership team to enable decisions to be made based on findings and recommendationsTroubleshoot process and quality issues as necessaryCommunicate effectively with all levels of leadershipEssential skills, knowledge, and abilities: Associate degree (or higher) in business, marketing, or a related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or extensive relevant field experience required.Two years of experience managing P&Ls and budgets. 5 years of outside sales and/or service experience, with two or more years of supervisory experience managing managers, preferably in the technology, computer, or automobile fields.Ability to travel as needed.Ability to adapt to new and unfamiliar customers, locations, and work conditions quickly and comfortably. Knowledge of leadership within dealerships strongly preferredAdvanced personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics. A thorough understanding of web-based tools and navigating the world wide web.Ability to travel within the markets of responsibility with overnight stays included. Ability to travel to the markets in the most efficient way such as driving or flying whichever is most time and cost efficient. Will have to live in a state that is in one of the area markets of responsibility.
