Desired Candidate profile :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Prepare IT sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Managing all the aspects of pre proposal and post-proposal preparation and delivery, ensuring quality, win Rate/win Ratio, Quality of proposals, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner or not, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Business Development Manager in IT industry
- Communication, negotiation, time management and planning skills
- Having productive experience in IT sales.
- Skilled in real time bidding on international platforms like Upwork, freelancer etc.
- Skilled in proposal management and client relationship
- Good understanding of basic contract language
- Good leadership and management skills
