Handling customer queries effectively
Maintaining & providing constant support to clients as per the given SLAs
Handling L1& Phone Support issues
Handle tickets/live chats efficiently
Required Skills
Candidates with RedHat, MCSA Certification/Training or IT background to apply
Good Communication Skills
Ability to deal with client and their queries
Logical Thinker
Excellent interpersonal skills
