Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Qualification: Any Degree
Salary up to 1.5 - 2.5 LPA (inclusive of variable pay)
Years of experience: 1-2 years
Soft skills required: excellent written & spoken English skills
- Generate revenue and make a huge impact on the company's growth, by developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning the company's products in the market
- Inbound and Outbound customer calls and converts them into sales
- Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
- Regular follow-up with new and existing customers
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside sales/telesales experience in a B2B environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willingness to meet targets
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets (monthly/quarterly), preferably from a Paints / Plastic industry background.
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, and diligence with attention to detail.
Reporting To: Owner
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Ability to travel: Periodic short trips 2-3 times a month.
