Better requires process discipline and simplification
As a Senior Associate you will be proficient at decomposing requirements and developing test automation/manual scripts for Web/API/Mobile applications. Practices automation development efficiency, maintainability, and reusability. Understands software quality best practices, test case -development, test case deployment and execution, test data, defect tracking, and test automation; enthusiastically participates in process improvements. Demonstrate mature and sophisticated approach to problem solving. Effectively collaborate and communicate with teams.
To be successful in the role, you will need to have 7+ years’ experience in testing/automation. Expertise in testing practices and techniques for Functional, Integration, Performance, Security, Regression Testing & E2E Testing. Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies. Hands on experience of automation frameworks/tools and techniques for Web/Mobile and APIs. Hands on Experience with multiple development platforms and knowledge of J2EE, API (Rest, SOAP, Message-Driven), and Micro Services. Experience with test management systems (e.g. HP ALM, Jira Zephyr etc.). MUST have hands on experience in BDD CUCUMBER/Selenium/Appium/Rest Assure tools. Works individually under minimal direction with strong work ethics. Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally. Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude.
