Department Overview
The Technology Infrastructure (TI) team is responsible for enterprise-wide infrastructure services across the global footprint, including networking, production services, storage, data centers, mainframe, midrange and Cloud-based systems, distributed systems, and international infrastructure.
About the Role -
Assist and undertake in coordinating all tasks related to the successful completion of requests for IT hardware Asset disposals for US / International including WFIP sites

Assist / Manage / Provide oversight of 3rd party disposal vendors engaged for monitored disposal of IT hardware devices. Assist and partner with teams to provide direction for governance and reporting of IT hardware device disposals and coordinate efforts related to SEZ/PEZA inspection, pollution certificates, preparation of gate pass and other requirements for engagement of pickup/removal and disposal of IT hardware assets by 3rd party disposal vendors.

Uses technical experience such as desktop, networking and other technical applications and knowledge of process and workflow methodologies and tools to ensure IT hardware assets are managed through the lifecycle end, i.e., disposal.

Responsibilities are varied and may include one or more of the following but not limited to :
-
Execute / Monitor / Track progress related to all US / International / WFIP IT and CPG Hardware disposal requests including identification of issues and recommended solutions ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness and as per SLAs and build Governance / Control Points

Co-ordinate / Resolve / escalate issues related to 3rd party disposal vendor performance including meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLA)

Ensure proper Process Controls and liaison with the Control Team to create a robust Standard Operating Procedure with effective Controls. Also, should be able to handle Control Audit when required

Partner and Collaborate with ITAM / SCM / Finance / Vendor / Legal / Risk Peer Groups and other service partners for weekly and monthly reporting of IT hardware assets for completion of full lifecycle management review of vendor performance and identification of issues or problems

Coordinate with the U.S. Enterprise Monitored Disposal & Logistics team on all policy and process changes including implementation
- Remediation of all Discrepancy in relation to Inventory and Requests

Ensure timely revisions and updates for process and/or procedural documentation

Process Efficiency - Provide inputs for Simplifying Processes and drive automation

Should be efficient in managing escalations and analyzing the root cause of issue.

Metrics Reporting - Prepare various Financial Reports / Metrics for evaluation for Leadership

Responsible to manage and evaluate Contracts / Purchase orders / Invoices / Requests to execute / review requests for IT Asset Disposal

B.Com / MBA (Finance) / (IT) / B.Tech / B.E / M.Com / B.Sc / M.Sc / M.Tech
