In this role, you will:

• Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards
• Perform remediation of security assessment review issues, complex ad hoc data, and reporting to support information security risk management
• Provide guidance and direction in reviewing assessment findings and mitigating controls to optimize information security
• Identify and direct information asset portfolio reconciliations and certifications
• Provide advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure
• Develop and deliver Information Security Education Awareness and Training in accordance with the Enterprise Information Security Program standards
• Review draft and proposed control standards for business impact and recommend modifications or clarifications as required
• Conduct security control testing and consultation with stakeholders
• Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations to improve them
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

About the Role:

Information Security organization has a new opportunity on the Enterprise Access Management team for an Senior Information Security Analyst to support the daily production for UNIX Access Management Team services related to provisioning and de-provisioning access as per the requirement.

Job Description:

Provides access management within UNIX environment. Provisions and de-provisions UNIX requests submitted through various request methods.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides access management within UNIX environment. Provisions and de-provisions UNIX requests submitted through various request methods.
• Good knowledge on Linux/Solaris Operating System. Certification is not mandatory.
• Knowledge of User Administration in Linux/Solaris is must.
• Provides basic technical support for routine security-related issues.
• Maintains familiarity with internal departmental and bank procedures and policies.
• Provides support and responds to problem tickets
• Provides on-call 24/7 UNIX Access Management production support as required or scheduled by management.
• Identifies ways to streamline and automate access management processes to ensure consistency, reduce errors, reduce cycle time, and minimize audit/gap issues.
• Performs periodic review of existing documentation to ensure current understanding of processes and procedures making updates/changes as necessary.
• Provides support on new projects of the UNIX team
• Provides support on Work Orders and Change Requests via PAC2000 that are assigned to the team
• Able to do Knowledge Training to newly hire Team Members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree, preferably of Computer science or Information Technology
• 4+ years hands on experience on provisioning on Unix systems. Experienced on managing access, roles, profiles and security of Unix systems.

• Must be a strong administrator of Unix/Linux Operating System. Good to have knowledge on BOKS/KEON
• Must have hands-on experience in troubleshooting on Unix/LDAP/User/Group account management
• Must any one Unix certifications/Information Security certification (Security +, CISSP, CIAM) /IAM vendor based certifications (LDAP, Cyberark, Oracle, IBM) certified.
• Knowledge and experience with any IAM, Provisioning, role management and certification tool
• Knowledge and experience on Applications Infrastructure in a Large Enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of information security and IAM practices and policies
• Experience with Service Delivery and SLAs/KPIs monitoring. Proven ability for high volume/high quality results
• Strong customer service focus and clear commitment to corporate goals.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide on-call 24/7 OPS production support as required or scheduled by management
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all communications are accurate, well-written
• Strong prioritization and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated experience with operational work-flow tasks
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and be able to multi-task
• Provides support for testing, emergencies and audit compliance projects. Participates in the evaluation and implementation of emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards and techniques
• Must be flexible to work in shifts and be available for business meetings/team deliverables within/outside of ones shift
• Must be self-motivated, directed, accountable and detail-oriented
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, contribute to high impact decisions, accept challenging assignments and foster robust working relationships with teams.
• Experience on Shell/Perl, etc. Scripting is an advantage

• Ability to manage the bridge calls with customers on technical issues/pages/ On-Calls
