Job Description :
- Manage the sales process from prospecting, proposal, negotiating and closing.
- Responsibilities will include Identify the categories of offline merchants and strategic partners/aggregators to focus on onboarding multiple accounts from different categories: Retail, pharma, healthcare, fashion and jewelry, automobile, hotels, food and beverages.
- Promoting the value of the company & solution to potential customers
- Being heavily involved in the entire sales process followed by strong account management
- Proactively supporting client and increasing engagement levels
- Liaising and communicating client requirements with senior management
- Upselling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any domain) / MBA - Preferred Skills, experiences & behaviors
- 0-5 years of progressive experience in Fintech/BFSI handling enterprise accounts (direct field experience), (FRESHERS also welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of industry trends, competitor insights with extensive customer network
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and handle long sales cycle
- Data driven/analytical thinking, Tools like MS Excel
- Strong stakeholder management skills with individual contributor
- Self starter, creative with strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Would have consistently exceeded quota and key performance metric
