Job Description :

- This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU's unique way of learning in your city.

- Your role will start with contacting the potential customers (parents & students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies, and the BYJUS personalized learning journey.

Job Description :

- It is a 5 days working model from (Wednesday - Sunday) wherein you will be doing cold calling from (Wednesday - Friday) to the clients and fix the appointments and you will have to meet the clients in person during your Conduction/ Meeting days and convince them to subscribe for the Byju's product ( Saturday- Sunday).

- Weekly off - Monday - Tuesday

Salary Bifurcation :

- You will go through a training period of 6 weeks (Applicant Training Program) with a stipend of 37,500/- as an Applicant Trainee which is 6 days working wherein you will have Class Room Training(2 weeks) + On Job Training (4 weeks).

- 1st phase - (Class Room Training) - work from allotedoffice location

- 2nd phase - (On Job Training) - work from home during your OJT you will be assigned targets, on successful completion of which you will be hired as a Business Development Associate.

- As a Business Development Associate you will have a 10 Lakh CTC ( 7 Lakh Fixed + 3 Lakh Variable )

Parameter Checks :

- No Female Candidates

- Age limit (not exceeding 29)

- Minimum Educational qualification (Graduate)

- Pursuing Post Graduation

- Monthly salary not exceeding 35000/-(In case of experienced candidate)

- Law and Medical pursuing or completed candidates

- Freshers(Result awaited)

- Stipend Offered for 6 weeks Training period - 37,500/- (on Pro rata basis).

Duplicate Checks :

- The CRM used in Byjus is Leadsquared.

- In case of the CVs shared by your end

- Unique Leads Fresh leads. not existing in our software)

- Duplicate Leads (Already existing in our software) - Duplicate Caterable Leads (leads which are already existing in our software and have completed cooling period of 90 days)

- Duplicate Non- Caterable Lead (Leads which are already existing in our software and have not completed cooling period of 90days/ would have entered the interview process through another vendor source)

Interview Process :

- Telephonic Round (Parameter Checks; in case any defaulter will be eliminated here)

- 1st Video Round Interview (Intent check)

- 2nd/Final Video Round Interview (Skill set - to be conducted by Sales Development Manager)

- Candidate can prepare by referringto the Byjus website for the same and also study about the 3 products of Byjus (K3/K10/K12).
