Position : Customer Service Representative
About the Company :

We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Service Representatives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Handle Customer Inquiries : Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products.
2. Resolve Issues : Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
3. Order Processing : Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and updating order status.
4. Product Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of VLEBazaar's product catalog.
5. Communication : Communicate effectively with customers.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management.
- Graduation in any discipline (prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Willingness to work at the company's office location in Gurugram, Haryana.
Salary Range : INR 12,000 to INR 15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
