Job Description:
Experience of Chat and Phone calls with US customers
Knowledge on Windows Server 2012, 2014, configuring multiple users remote access on those servers.
Prior Technical experience.
Knowledge or Configuring, Routers.
Managing Virtual box & VMware's
Port forwarding on router to configure RDP on Static IP
Hardware knowledge on Servers, Laptops etc.
Software installations experience.
Backup of Servers.
Configuration of servers
Networking knowledge
Predominantly Voice Interaction support and also through email, chat & remote support.

Candidates Profile:
Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical and logical skills.
Easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Office 2016 including Outlook, Exchange Servers, Office 365
Knowledge of computer Hardware and Software troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Operating Systems like Window 7, 8,8.1 and 10 & Mac
Knowledge of Network and Internet troubleshooting
Knowledge of PDA (mobile devices) Setup & troubleshooting
Knowledge of Active Directories
