Job Description

Responsibilities: Product Management

• Support designing of the customer value proposition for the credit card products
• Work with Client’s alliances and other support teams to identify partners for sourcing product benefits
• Liaison with Client’s marketing team for finalizing card designs and marketing collaterals pertaining to product launch
• Work closely with the Client’s operations, technology, and support channels to design processes to deliver the desired product promise to the customer
• Leverage best practices to build product note and collaterals to support the Client’s sales team in driving acquisition across channels
