The Software Application and Electronics Project Management department consist of 9 highly skilled and experienced project managers in three different sites (India, Portugal and Denmark).

The department is part of the Software Application and Electronics organization which are delivering the turbine infrastructure including SW, Electronics, Cables, Sensors, Panels and Power supplies. We have a efficient focus on continuous improvements and seek to optimize the way we work. The department has a mix of Technology development and Project execution.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for running at least one projects within our organization. It can vary from project to project if it is as the overall PM or as a Sub level PM and if it is a turbine project or a technology project
• You will together with the line management ensure that we deliver as agreed within the project boundaries. The line management being responsible for their teams delivery and you as the overall responsible for the organization
• Your focus will be on the time, delivery and cost where the Project technical lead reporting to you will support in defining the right scope and ensure the quality
• You will in many cases have broad external exposure in the company as most of the projects are running across the value chain and other parts of the organization

Qualifications

• We expect that you have a Diploma or Master level education within relevant academic field (e.g. Engineering or Business)
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in supervising medium to high complexity R&D projects in a matrix organization with multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams
• Solid language skills (verbal and written) in English are required
• Experienced user of project management tools such as JIRA and MSP
• Ideally have experience in Stage Gate Model project delivery
• Ideally have achieved recognized Project Management accreditation (preferably Prince2, IPMA or similar)
