Full Job Description
Job Location: Bangalore
Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and troubleshooting.
Basic trouble shooting knowledge of printers.
Proficient at all supported Microsoft desktop operation system.
Trouble shooting knowledge of industry standard software
Engineer should be able to support on one-time projects
Should have basic knowledge of documentation softwares such as Excel & PPT
Managing desktop calls, installation and troubleshooting of applications
Remote call closure within norms & follow-up the checklist(s)
Customer in-house software calls to be handled (training will be provided)
Managing IT stores
Data submission for daily, weekly & monthly summary report.
Call logging & follow-up action with the vendors for warranty/AMC related calls
Escalate the problem to the next level Technical Specialist if not resolved
In case of a requirement, the candidate should travel to branches
Knowledge of programming language like C, C++, Java
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Highly self-motivated and directed
Keen attention to detail
Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
