Roles & Responsibilities :
Perform hands-on technical design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new Oracle CRM Cloud projects
Develop and support integrations, conversions, reports, workflow, and custom development in a CRM environment.
Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify the technical gaps.
Perform tasks as identified by Project Coordinator for CRM implementations. Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets and satisfies customers’ expectations.
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to align the personal task assignments and owe the work you're doing. Be recognized as a Technical specialist in CRM domain
Maintain a record of work, risks & issues and report to Management as needed
Mentor and drive issues to resolution. Involved in validation/testing and release activities as needed.
Good business analysis skill
Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.
Document design, code consistently throughout the design/development process. Diagnose, resolve and document system issues to support project team in coordination.
Research questions with respect to both maintenance and development tasks that allows you to perform post-migration system review and ongoing support.
Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations to client audiences, professional seniors/peers and partners.
Adhere to standard methodologies constantly around code/data source control, ticket tracking, etc. during an assignment
Enforce to instruction/expectations around administrative activities such as time entry, HR tools, etc.
2 to 3 years Oracle CRM Developer with at least 1 end to end implementation experience.
Experience in Groovy Scripting
Experience in creating reports using OTBI Analytics cloud
Good troubleshooting skills and a Problem Solver.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people and the eagerness to adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do and inclusive nature.
Aggression to get the things done accurately which allows you to adapt and evolve within the organization
