The team engages with multiple engineering teams on integrating and interoperability validation of multiple solutions in Tanzu, delivering and transforming application experience into a modern, scalable, and multi-cloud solution. Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: You will be collaborating with and building relationships across engineering teams.
- Define and execute Tanzu Engineering charter:
- Enable Tanzu Portfolio to be integrated and interoperable with multiple solutions, validate feature compatibility among multiple products with Tanzu.
- Envision and understand deployment of Full Application Stack on Tanzu on customer environments with multiple end-user applications and K8s microservice architecture-based topology.
- Design and expand on interoperability among open-source products, varying Infrastructures, public clouds, and DevOps experience with Tanzu.
- Interoperability test suites design on varying Day0 Day1 DayN operations on a complete stack of Tanzu, its new features with multiple products and solutions integrated.
Requirements:
- Experience in Interoperability testing and integration testing of multiple products and solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes, LoadBalancer, Helm, CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory.
- Exposure in vSphere, VCF, NSX-T, vSAN, Advanced Load Balancer, TKO are added advantage.
- Working Knowledge on Monitoring and alerting solutions for Kubernetes are added advantage.
- Hands-on working experience in developing or deploying microservices and containerized applications are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail.
- Good knowledge in Linux, Terraform, Python and shell scripting preferred.
- Exposure to object-oriented design principles is desired and worked on REST/SOAP APIs.
- Exposure to public clouds of AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI are added advantage.
- Knowledge of Virtualization and cloud concepts is desired.
