Job Description :
The position would be responsible for :
1. Responsible for achieving Primary Sales Targets & Focus Products Volume Targets
2. Devising operational plan for achieving Primary & Secondary Sales as per Targets set
3. Working with Distributor to ensure availability of products and execution of BTL activities
4. Training Distributors Sales force & achieving goal with help of them
5. Distribution expansion by increasing Presence
