Coaches direct reports to achieve production goals. Actively manages under-performers
via performance improvement plans to meet established performance levels.
Manages team by coaching, performing all evaluations and overseeing performance
management plans of field sales managers.
Establishes team and individual sales goals and provides effective coaching of sales
representatives to consistently improve their performance.
Proactively monitors and engages poor performers to develop weaker areas and if
necessary, moves people out when performance does not improve.
Work with Area Sales Manager on customer and prospect management and territory
Create demand at the end user level. Analyze end user area sales monthly and
propose market share development plans to management on a quarterly basis.
Assist departmental management in identifying possible improvements in systems and
Developing a strong working relationship with clients (opticians/ regional
department stores/ store managers and field stall) within the designated territory.
Identify product gaps, develop solutions to minimize the impact, and work with Product
Management to prioritize and eliminate gaps.

Generate referrals from every visit; overall, build a pipeline of prospects using Direct Sales.
Bring in best practices to offer excellent experience while on boarding customers.
