- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in academic advising or counseling is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of academic policies, degree programs, and curriculum requirements.
- Familiarity with career counseling and job placement services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
