As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through their educational journey, providing academic support, and helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in academic advising or counseling is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of academic policies, degree programs, and curriculum requirements.
• Familiarity with career counseling and job placement services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Empathy and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standard in counseling.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students who are enrolled or interested in JEE IIT courses.
• Knowledge of the JEE exam pattern, syllabus, eligibility criteria, and admission process for the IITs.
• Work Experience: 1 year+
