About the Role
We are looking for a Sr Operations Manager to drive a mandate of core rider experience on the platform with respect to driver partner's and rider interaction, with the overall objective of ensuring Uber is the best ride sharing platform experience for the riders. Key Pillars include operationalizing our rider experience goals and metrics to improve the scope of our programme to improve driver rider interactions on the platform. This team focuses on both the every day and the outliers to determine the best path forward for the business.

A successful candidate is capable of managing multiple work streams and getting the right decisions from the right stakeholders. If you are excited about re-imagining rider NPS metrics, improving the driver interface with the riders on the platform and working with and learning from a dynamic team of operations, and business leaders, this is the role for you. The role requires data-driven skills, excellent time-management, and the ability to clearly articulate and present information for stakeholders at all levels of the business.
