Hiring for Head of Sales in its leadership team who will :
- Head the business P&L for the geography
- Candidate with Entrepreneur mindset and who have built the business and team from the ground up.
- Develop innovative sales strategies for the company to achieve revenue goals
- Lead, mentor and hire a team of high performing sales professionals
- Identify, develop and expand customer relationships
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with producers and retailers/ distributors.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, supply functions to create new competitive offerings
- Identify market trends and navigate market conditions
- Monitoring market trends to identify and capitalize on price change.
- Improve company's market position and brand
- Be the face of the company in the industryCandidate requirements:
1. Experience in agri produce sales
2. Proven track record of profitable trading in the Pulses, spices, fruits and vegetables sector
3. Strong past record of working for non-perishable products like pulses, spices and processing foods.
4. Experience in UAE and GCC countries
