Client Servicing Manager - Custody
- Responsible for servicing all clients within the LOB- FPIs, FDI, FVCI including domestic Institutional Investors.
- Maintain customer service standards.
- Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all client queries, complaints & day to day requirement. Plan, prioritize & delegate work tasks to ensure proper implementation.
- Improve Client experience & engagement, take ownership of customer issues resolve them quickly & efficiently.
- Support the frontline sales team with Leads, Client feedback & ensure cross sales by furthering the existing relationships.
