Qualification – Graduates from Tier 1/2/3 engineering colleges and/or Tier 2/3 management
colleges with Supply Chain & Operations specialization; 2 – 5 Years in Transportation & Logistics Operation
What does the job involve?
Field Execution of customer transportation requests involving end-to-end transaction life cycle management including procurement, execution, and vendor management.
Manage and troubleshoot day to day key fulfillment metrics – Placement for contracted lanes, process adherence, customer updates and driving the quality metrics on operational work processes
Customer/Partner Relationship Management – Work collaboratively with customers and vendors in the geography to recommend improvement areas in customer and vendor engagement
Develop and maintain data driven internal control system to measure quality and ensure accountability.
Develop new fleet owner and vendor relationship in the regional geography to create vendor sufficiency and improve operational metrics
Resolve customer escalations on customer and supply partners and ensuring smooth operations
Continuously improve the defined processes to achieve a sustained high-performance standard. Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards and eliminate redundant and unnecessary process activities
