Primary Job Responsibilities:
Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
End-User Services support and answer user enquires on in-house IT service.
Handle any other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Manage users accounts Email system, VPN, and Instant Messaging System.
DB Backup & Restore
Manage CCTV cameras
Setup and manage resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Hands on Experience on OS platform (Desktop/Server edition), windows, Linux and Mac OS.
• Understanding of LAN / WAN, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, NAS, SAN, Router, and switch.
