Business Lead - D2C Channel

Description : In this job, reporting to the founder, the person will be responsible for:
1. Complete PnL Responsibility for Direct to Consumer Channel.
2. Plan and develop a holistic strategy for product, pricing, sales and marketing
3. All account management/ engagement with key partners manage relationships and day to day business, identify opportunities and run programs to grow business.
4. Lead Digital marketing activities to build the brand and drive transactions online and offline
5. Funnel management of leads and ensure maximum funnel efficiency by regular interventions
6. Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators and analyze and share data at regular frequency
7. Collaborate with cross functional team members to plan and execute account programs
8. Analyze and assess data to get meaningful insights for the business which could be channeled to compelling actions
