Reporting to the CFO, this role will oversee the department and all credit functions. This includes investigation of creditworthiness of potential and existing customers, the allocation of appropriate credit limits based on current and future business requirements and the collection and safeguarding of all receivables. The Sr Credit Manager will directly supervise the Credit Manager and Credit Analyst.
As the Sr Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include…- Providing strategic direction to the Credit department and SLT on all credit matters.
- Aligning the credit policy with Trail’s risk tolerance.
- Effective management of exposure and risk considerations.
- Optimization of DSO and BDE metrics.
- Providing best in class customer service.
- Anticipation of receivables default.
- Implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
The Qualifications & Experience we need…- 10+ years in Credit Management capacity
- University graduate or CCP designation preferred

Work Environment- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, Head Office
- Customer location and site visitations as required
- 5-10% travel to store locations and markets outside GVRD
