Assisting the Senior Credit Manager with credit reviews and the collection of assigned accounts; administering all functions relating to Multi Family credit applicants; providing support functions for the monthly progress billings.
As the Credit Analyst, your responsibilities will include…- Undertaking credit reviews as assigned.
- Credit and collection functions for various AR portfolios.
- Provides invoicing for monthly Progress Billings.
- Approves/declines overages to credit limits.
- Facilitates processes for timely turnover of credit applications.
- Assists with monthly statement preparation.
The Qualifications & Experience we need…- Credit Analyses
- Collections
- Invoice/Statement Preparation
- Reconciling and Facilitating Accounts
- Financial statement analyses
- 3-5 years in Credit Analyses
- Min Grade 12 Diploma, CCP designation (or working toward)
Interacts With- Builder & Retail Divisions
- Customers, Developers, General Contractors, Bank and Trade References
- Logistics, Administration
Work Environment- 8:30 - 5pm M-F
- Must be able to effectively cope with competing demands
