Customer Solution Engineer:
- Ability to build customer layer on Amagi standard products.
- Provide hot patches / workarounds / bug fixes for production systems.
- Get hot patches/fixes reviewed & merged.
- Preserve code hygiene, test coverage, application security (SOC2)
- Build tools / automate SOPs for PSE & L2 use
- The members of this team are expected to be comfortable with one or more Cloud
port Automation related technologies such as Ruby On Rails, ReactJS, Golang,
Python, MySQL, Linux, k8s, AWS, & GCP.
- The entire team shall have a working knowledge of CP Automation internals. Specific
members of the team shall have specialised focus / expertise in subsystems such
as playlist & media library, UI and CP-Live automation/workflows. PSE Lead will be
responsible for the SLAs of the team.
