Human Resource Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties

To manage all the staff and labor salaries, wages and maintain ESI/PF

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Work experience of minimum 2 years

Use of computer and all basic softwares such as microsoft word, excel, tally , ERP

Knowledge of labor laws

knowledge of ESI /PF calculation, filing etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhiwadi, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR: 1 year (Required)
