About Team: The Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) team partners with the business and other IT groups to define, manage, test, validate and deliver the strategic direction and operational performance of Enterprise Applications and Systems for Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Our enterprise applications manage business-critical activities like order taking and fulfillment, manufacturing and managing new product development and launch, sales and customer management, data and document management, and business insights.

We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform. The candidate should have worked in a complex Salesforce environment with multiple integrations and worked on various Salesforce modules. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.

Keys to Success:

The Salesforce Administrator must have experience in customization, out-of-box functionalities, Process automation, user maintenance, security model, etc. The individual should have worked on end-to-end Implementation projects on the Salesforce platform. Overall, the Admin should have deep technical abilities, a sound understanding of Salesforce.com platform capability, and experience in governance and management of the tool.

Education:

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification is preferred.

Job Functions:

• Serve as a Salesforce Administrator to handle complex Salesforce environments with multiple interfaces.
• Handle system enhancements and projects.
• Collaborate with various technical teams to resolve any technical issues.
• Monitor and resolve support tickets, and support processes and ensures the system's health and security.
• Adopt DevOps process for code/configuration deployments.
• Work with business analysts and other partners on the requirements.
• Constantly explore new technologies related to Salesforce and performs POC and value addition.
• Participate in all Agile/Kanban ceremonies.
• Document SOP and optimize and automate business processes.

Required Qualifications:

• IT experience that includes 5+ years in SalesForce.com CRM Platform as Administrator.
• The candidate should have experience supporting complex Salesforce environments and handling support for a large organization.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration like configuring Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Approval Process, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and Email.
• Experience in Sales cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Experience in Enterprise Territory Management
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in Salesforce. Should be able to review log files, and debug Apex code as needed.
• Experience in debugging LWC, Aura, and VF pages and configuring for enhancements.
• Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
• Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
• Managing Salesforce Security, Identity, Access Management, Monitoring, and Audit
• Having administration Config experience on CRM applications like data exports &imports, application support, security administration, deployment, and release management.
• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
• Hands-on experience in DevOps deployment process using GitHub, ANT, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective troubleshooting mechanisms and highly adaptable to different work environments
