The role requires working collaboratively across the Technology, Product and Commercial organizations to ensure alignment towards business goals. In this role, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders. We are looking for an ambitious, talented, and self-motivated individual, who will serve as a functional leader and help us evolving our next generation platform.
Key Responsibilities Include
Hands-on experience in developing and supporting large-scale, service-oriented architectures using Java, Spring boot, Microservices, React, AWS Managed Services and EKS.
Experience in building AWS cloud-native applications and solution.
Good knowledge of unit/automated tests (BDD/TDD), CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, SAFe desired.
A solid understanding of Quality Assurance testing methodologies in addition to available frameworks and tools a bonus.
A firm grasp of technology, across multiple systems and languages, preferably AWS technology stacks, Java, Python, and Go
Proven track record in building effective teams and experience hiring and retaining software engineers and managers
Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in an agile development environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have proven track record of taking ownership and providing technical leadership during critical production troubleshooting sessions.
Must possess excellent organizational, communication skills (technical and business), be persuasive, able to listen, and incorporate perspectives of others.
