Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced UI & UX Product Designer to join our team in our Bengaluru office. The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of industry experience and a strong background in delivering UI & UX projects preferably in software. In this role, you will work closely with our product, engineering, and GTM teams to formulate ideas for world-class product design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experiences
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:

• Past experience of at least 6 years in UI/UX design
• Prior B2B SaaS experience is highly preferable
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
