Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Counsel potential Students over a call to inform them about a product and help them in making better career decisions.
2. Answer questions about our products or the company.
3. Sale as per requirement from the students.
4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
5. Maintain Sales Report and update in the CRM time to time.
6. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
7. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Skills & Requirements :
1. 1+ years of work experience in sales/business development/ into edtech sales skill courses ( mandatory experience into skill courses)
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, and close a deal.
4. Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
5. Customer-Centric Approach.
6. Positive attitude and Willingness to learn and excel.
