- Recruit /Train a team of advisors.
- Act as a mentor, and coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross-selling product mix
- Develop, Build, and Manage the Team
- Maintain current sales pipeline of clients and current pending applications
- Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
- 2-4 Years of Sales Fieldwork Experience Required
- Age should be between 25-35 Years
- Educational Qualification: Any graduation
- Team Management Skills
- Must have excellent presentation skills.
