Job Description :
- Recruitment and improvement of quality advisors.
- Hiring by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Position of Team Leader.
- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and advice.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.Candidate Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
