- Concentrate on managing the sales team, expanding geographically, and controlling the spread.

- Working on the ground to attract the most customers

- Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents

Candidate Profile :

- Any Bachelor Degree

- 2 + year experience in sale and marketing in any field

- Age between 21 to 38

- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.

- Ability to lead a sales team.

- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
